A warm, friendly welcome from Laura when I popped in. Brian called round the next morning to change the lock. all with a cheery smile and done very quickly. Everything explained very clearly. Super service from a local family business. Top marks.

Another good experience, have had copies made and now a lock replacement. Was given a full explanation of lock features, this is important as set has multiple modes. Door trim looks good, should have changed lock years ago.

Have got several pairs of keys here and had a set of locks changed, the lady who runs it is really friendly, helpful and offers good advice. The price is great and you can get a new set in about 3 minutes

I was so impressed with my experience. I've just moved into the area, and I couldn't close the door patio. I call Oakley Locksmiths and they came in 24 hours and the lock was just stiff, no replacement need it and didn't charge anything for the service. A very happy customer!
