Barry showed up within one hour, and sorted our issue in no time. He even put away the rubbish in his bag, small detail that I find thoughtful. Would highly recommend him, he unlocked the door with the broken latch without damaging the door at all, he clearly knows what he is doing!

The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm. He didn't give up and we were very pleased with the service. Great communication throughout and a quick response time. Helped us end a horrible and stressful day with a smile for a job well done. After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. Quick arrival and great professional work! Fitted/ replaced door drive as it was cracked from wear and tear. Also adjusted the door as it was out of line. Needed a new car key and the service was excellent. Took around an hour but in that time two keys were cut and coded and also tested on my behalf. I told them where the car was parked and they were able to find it and check all was ok. Highly recommended

I walked in this morning with a broken key and the young lad cut a new one within a couple of minutes, albeit warning me that it may or may not work. I returned home and tried it with trepidation but was so happy when the lock responded smoothly and without a hitch. So pleased with the service and amazingly at a very reasonable cost. Just got to give a shout out for Homeguard as they were brilliant. Had a problem with my remote car fob and originally thought it a battery problem, every time a new one was put in it drained almost immediately. Such nice guys there genuine, honest and friendly and know their stuff. It was clear electric circuit board in key fob casing was damaged. I must have returned to the shop 3 or 4 times because battery had run down...again. Darren was the guy who sorted me, a really nice guy. Though both me and him wanted to avoid the expensive route of new fob, key and re-programming because of expense, that's what had to be done in the end as there was no choice and I wanted it sorted. Once I told Darren I wanted it doing he got it sorted, Great guy as I said and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them for any lock, key, security controlled issue...Many thanks.
