Highly recommended – I cannot stress this enough. Eugene came over, spent 10 minutes assessing the broken lock mechanism, found a replacement, asked if I was happy with the price, then ordered it and fitted it the next day in another 10 minutes. First-class job! No wonder why all 5 stars reviews :)

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

Had HomeSafe out when front door would not open during freezing conditions tonight, they got here within 10 mins, they were very friendly and professional and sorted the problem for a great price. Would highly recommend!
