I needed some new locks installed and saw the positive reviews on Google and sent Josh an email one evening. I was surprised (and impressed!) to receive a reply the same evening shortly after I had filled in the contact form. Josh took the time to discuss and explain the various lock options which were available to us. He was very patient and helpful in talking us through the features when fitting them. Fantastic service from start to finish. Josh arrived in 10 minutes, gained access quickly and secured the front door. I was waiting for someone to change the door handle. I found emergency locksmith number and called them in the morning. I gave brief description and pictures of the door handle. It was easy communication through out the whole process. I've been given the time slot on the same day which I was very happy. Josh came around 1:30 and job was done within 30 mins. He changed the handle then done some maintenance to the lock. Josh is polite and absolutely wonderful with his job. Definitely recommended.
