Dan was great. Came round within an hour of contacting on a Sunday. Secured the broken door whilst sourcing a new part which turned out to have been discontinued. Kept me fully updated with the progress and fixed the door as soon as it arrived. Also gave good security advice and made the whole process quick and simple.

Arrived home following night flight found front door lock would not work. Phoned Medway Locksmiths and Dan arrived within 30 minutes and effected entry.
