We had incredible service from John on a Sunday with a key jammed in our lock. He arrived within 10mins of speaking to him, was able to very quickly solve it and didn’t charge us despite us offering and the inconvenience for him of coming to our house. He offered advice to help avoid the problem in the future too. A real class act and you’re in very good hands with John. I’d recommend him to anyone.

John is a local Ashford Kent locksmith. Our front door lock had broken out of normal working hours. John arrived very quickly to my house in Ashford and replaced the broken lock with a new one with 5 spare keys. Less that an hour since I called him we had a new lock fitted. Thank you John.
