Lovely, helpful and sensitive consulation from vet and staff. Having had less than positive experiences at other vet practices recently, very happy to recommend Holders Hill Vets.
Great team who I trust with my pets. I have dealt with 3 vets whilst attending the practice over the last 2 years, and I have had really positive experiences with all three (Phil, Nathan and Sandrine). They are currently assisting with relocating our dogs to Australia (the regulatory process is a nightmare) and they have been knowledgeable and super helpful. Anna on reception is a wonder with both her customer service and how she treats the patients.
Exceptional doesn’t even come close to my rating of the team at Holders Hill. Phil Barr is simply amazing-having been to many money grabbing vets practices who push treatment for sadly a material gain, Phil is a rare exception. He treats with compassion, honesty and respect of not only his clients but owners too.
My 5 * review extends of course to Nicky and the rest of the supporting team who my 2 spaniels adore. For 2 dogs to beeline to their vets practice on a walk speaks volumes. They simply love it there.
Thankyou for all you do to make my boys well and happy.
