I loved the calm environment in Whisker and Woof as well as the gentle demeanour of everyone working there. This was my first time visiting. Jason is an experienced vet and showed his concern for the well-being of my cat who was so relaxed during the examination. The practice is also so beautifully decorated which adds to the calming atmosphere.

You can tell that people love what they are doing by only entering the lobby. My cat was the best indication of the good vibes in the clinic. Usually she is quite nervous from the moment we enter the vets. But this time she was relaxed, and was looking around with interest. It was funny how she recognised the cat in the picture on the wall, and was examining it for a few minutes. The personnel are very friendly and caring. My cat gave the nurse a cuddle. Even though we had the evening appointment the doctor was attentive and cheerful. And his approach to the problem gave me confidence he is trying his best to find out the reason for the problem and solve it. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need.

I am actually a Vet myself and chose to pay and come to Whiskers and Woof for the unique experience! I arrived to a beautiful, calming, quirky designed waiting room and was greeted with an amazing reception - "would you like a coffee?" (from the dedicated client coffee machine!) What a way to wait for the vet! Jason is very confident and I trust him with my cats, which is coming from myself who is a vet. He handled my kittens with care when giving their vaccinations and microchip. I am actually looking forward to coming back for their vaccinations in this lovely clinic to see them again.

I am very pleased about the treatment our cat received and super excited to bring the rest of my cats here. We were seen by Jason who looks like a very experienced vet and actually cares about animals. He was very gentle and didn't want to pressure our cat who is a bit frail. We took our very senior cat to fix its dental issues but Jason told us that general anesthesia is not possible due to the cat being underweight and the fact that it has more serious underlying problems. I was completely oblivious to those health issues but Jason explained why they're serious and what they could be. He suggested blood tests first to see what the problem is and then address the dental stuff. Not many vets are that responsible and caring. The receptionist is the nicest and kindest person. She gave us clear instructions about the medication and explained the costs and everything. The place itself is very cozy and has a très chic aesthetic to it. It doesn't smell weird or anything and is super clean. The total cost was very reasonable given the quality of the treatment and Jason was kind enough to see us twice within the day to take a blood sample. Overall I'm very pleased with the treatment we've received so far and I wouldn't even consider going to another vet.

Sadly our cat Alison had to be put down and we opted for a home visit. The whole process was very supportive and the vet Dr Clark really put everyone at ease. Although a very sad moment, I’m glad we choose Roundwood, many thanks to the team

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Biggest hug from Ricki & Holly and triple licks from Lottie, Ziggy and Toggles 20 out of 10 you are the best x

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. Martina is a brilliant vet, the absolute best.

Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I've been a customer of CTvets for years now. They've always taken great care of my Pepper. He's almost 14yo, and there have been so times I've needed their help urgently, and they've always come right away. I can't thank them enough. I'm sure he wouldn't be doing as well as he is if it weren't for them. Just recently, they tried everything to make sure Pepper didn't have to go through a surgery, and they succeeded! I highly recommend them.

My dog Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. I have lived in different parts of the world and have dealt with different vets, but honestly I have never found anyone as excellent and professional as them. And also with great humanity and love for animals. I strongly recommend everyone to rely on Ct Vets! They are number one! 🙏🏻

I have been with Medivet (other branch) for a long time and recently switched to Medivet Greenwich and my experience here has been very positive so far for my senior rabbit and young cat. The communication is clear in terms of invoice breakdown, prices estimation, recommendations, expert referrals. These are always sent via both email and SMS (and hard copy if needed) so a lot of the processes are very quick and smooth. For pet parents that are worried and frustrated when their fur babies got sick, I think it is a great relief to be able to drop a call and ask for general advice once you are registered. We have came in for emergencies check-up and that was organised super swiftly. You do have to pay for the emergency check-up, however, but the pricing is good giving that we got a slot schedule within the same day! The doctors are always happy to provide extra advice, small chat in between that helps took the seriousness or anxieties away when my cat or rabbit have to go in for any health check-up of problems. The front desk staffs are very professional and kind hearted. They are quick and clear in communication and very understandable if we arrive late or has to re-schedule last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. They also offer various tips and very knowledgeable with insurance/invoice/payments... this saved us tons of time.

I've been going to this clinic with my cat Ofelia since I moved to London 4 years ago. By far, this is the best veterinaries I have come across. Recently my little one was taken in for surgery. The planning, the follow up, the heartfelt care, all if it splendid. I needed some extra information beforehand and asked to talk to the staff and it was granted. And on the day, the pre-surgery chat with the nurse was so good. The day after, both the veterinary herself and the nurse called, both checking in with medical check list and with real care. These professionals are in it because their hearts are in it. Cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. So glad Ofelia can keep coming back to the Highgate Clinic.
