Firstly ,Justine was such a great help over the phone, she was helpful, friendly and efficient. She booked me an appointment in under a week. My cat was seen to by vet Shannon, who was just amazing! She was so calm, informative, caring , sensitive and understanding. She took time to talk through my cats health and put a plan together and really eased my mind. My cat absolutely loved her😻

When we went back for Betsy's follow up we saw the vet Gia , who noticed Betsy's tummy wasn't right and she had to end up having a procedure which Gia handled with love, care and empathy. Gia was absolutely incredible from the beginning to the end, she took care of Betsy like she was her own . Gia also treated us with absolute care and respect, she kept us up to date with information and how Betsy was doing throughout her operation. Gia is an incredible vet and I would recommend her. The whole team are just amazing
