I could not recommend CHG highly enough on our recent Air Source Heat Pump Installation. From the very first initial contact and survey by Michael right through to the planning and installation by Stuart and the overall supervision and commissioning by Harry, the company were Professional, Smart and a total pleasure to deal with. They took care to ensure everything was planned as required for the property as well as dealing with all the administration details around the BUS Scheme available for ASHP to the room by room heat outputs and Radiator sizing. An overall 5 star experience !!!!

Matt arrived exactly on time and was very happy and friendly. He serviced my boiler, topped up on the water to improve pressure and checked the Fernox concentration . He operated efficiently and quickly but spent enough time to do a proper job . Very Happy with this company to continue to do my annual servicing, which they have been doing for the last 5 years.

We booked CHG Southwest for an oil boiler replacement and some replumbing. Mike and the team were great and did the job very well, quickly, and left the house very tidy too. We would definitely book again and would recommend CHG Southwest to anyone.

Ben was friendly, great value, lots of experience. He answered promptly and came straight over. We had a new oven fitted and a service on our boiler. After speaking with 5 other local suppliers (most of which didn't even call back!) Ben was by far the most competitive and with the best service. We will definitely be using him again and he comes highly recommended.

Chris altered the boiler pipe work so that the Magnaclean filter was not only accessible but is now protecting the systems it was meant to protect. This and some other work was done professionally, efficiently and exactly to the quote. Chris arrived exactly when he said, did a great job and at a reasonable cost. We called at Todd after a leak was discovered, he went out of his way to rearrange his appointments to ensure that he could attend to our emergency call out whilst meeting his commitments the same day. Superb work and excellent value.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. He’s always on time , leave the house tidy, friendly with the whole family and his work is 101% every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using him in the future and recommending to friends and family

I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Our job was very small, capping off a leaking pipe from an old defunct heating system still in situ. Artisan came to the rescue and were super efficient, polite, speedy and clean as well as very competently fixing the problem which unfortunately a previous plumber had left us with. We'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again (when we need to replace our ageing boiler for starters!). A huge thank you.

Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!

Artisan were amazing. We first used them when we won a facebook comp for a filtered drinking water tap. They were so professional and tidy we knew then when we were upgrading our bathrooms etc we would use them. From March 19 we started to refurbish the whole house (3 story town house). We liaised with Linda and James (Artisan) on what we wanted to do - the whole house. They would do all our plumbing needs ie., 1 x bathroom, 1 x en-suite and 1 x downstairs WC, all radiators. Linda would also project manage everything as she knows exactly what to do and when to do it. We also needed joiners, painters, electrician, tiler and flooring - and we asked Linda and James who they would recommend as they link in with companies on a regular basis. Again, Linda would project manage everyone as we went with all their suggestions. Together we came up with a price for each of the bathrooms where we chose all the fitments etc. The initial price was a lot higher than we wanted and Linda therefore did a lot of work sending us to Shepton Mallet to choose alternative fittings (but not as expensive). She worked everything out down to the last part and came in at what we wanted to pay. (With the money we saved we did actually get them to do additional work, and changed some things to the most expensive where we deemed it best). James came round every Friday to check on how the work was getting on and pushing the guys along if they need it. He also took all the old materials away each week so we never had anything hanging around for long. The rooms were hoovered and tidied up every day so we could utilise rooms as and when. They sorted out our main bathroom initially so we could then live on our top floor with the bedroom and bath while they worked on the en-suite etc. This worked really well. All the other craftsmen/women were fantastic and of the same high calibre as Artisan. Linda will let you have the details of these if you need them and I suggest you use them if you want a good job. The work was finished after 4-5 months and the house looks amazing - this is all thanks to Artisan as without them we wouldn't have the house/home we do now. They also continued to help out after their work with the plumbing had been finalised. Our Kitchen was done separately through another specialist company. We can't recommend Artisan (Linda and James) enough. They and their workers were brilliant. The craftsman ship of all the work is first class. We spent a huge amount refurbishing and we are pleased with every penny spent. (We have both unfortunately had cowboy builders in the past so know things can go wrong if you don't use a reputable company). Please please please use Artisan if you want a beautiful, professional and friendly job done. Sam and Dave

I certainly recommend Thomas and Prebha of TaP plumbing and heating, I needed their help sorting out a boiler and a radiator. A professional team and work clean which is very important to me. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. We had the absolute pleasure of stumbling across Phil after being let down by others on our new build bungalow. We found him to be reliable, very knowledgable & really did help in many aspects of the build with both advice & support, nothing was too much trouble & we never felt as if we were being fobbed off. Phil, has a very high standard of work, & always treated the bungalow as our home, even though it was no more than a building site for many months. Always cheery & enjoyable to have around & is partial to a bacon sandwich if on offer 😂. We really can’t recommend him highly enough.
