Excellent service from MJS Plumbing! Stephen came to do a gas safety check, he was very professional, polite, punctual and gave good advice on best boiler set up. Highly recommended company!

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. We definitely recommend this company.

The plumber arrived on time. We had a part fail and we had sent a photo of that part, he arrived with a new one and installed it and checked everything was working before he left. We have used MJS before and are happy to use them in the future. Would recommend them.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Completed job 2 working days later and has done a really neat job. Nice guy to deal with and left everything clean and tidy. Will defo use again when needed.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. We used a local Dorset distributor to source a pellet boiler + solar thermal combination which they installed using out of area plumbing sub-contractors. This was a mistake for the solar thermal as out of implementation we had no support when issues arose over the last three years. We were recommended to use Ace Energy who have provided us with peace of mind, professionalism, excellent service and value.

Ace Energy have been a good find. My experience with them is limited but can't fault their expertise and customer service thus far.

I have found Ace Energy always to be thoroughly efficient and helpful in providing an excellent service. They also recently provided a very fast response in isolating a burst radiator and installing a replacement.

Home heroes were very quick to fit me in for an initial visit to assess my problem. They did the fix as soon as they could and were very polite, tidy workers.

I've had a couple of leaks from the bath and sink recently and when I contacted Richard he responded promptly and was able to fix the leaks and provide useful advice. He also goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect.

This was our first experience outside of British Gas & what a difference! Rich gave a very short waiting time, was ontime, tidy & very professional - nothing was too much trouble. It was a no-brainer setting up an automated reminder for our next service - many thanks Rich.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff
