David at Pestek was knowledgeable and helpful about our pest issue and was able to book me in even though it was the week before Christmas. During the consultation phone call I mentioned that there were pets at the property. They were taken into consideration when planning the pest trapping which was great as I felt happy knowing that they weren’t going to get into trouble or be harmed. I would highly recommend Termipest. I called Ian up after discovering a wasp infestation in my kitchen and despite it being a Sunday Ian and his partner turned up within an hour which I seriously appreciate considering I had been too scared to step foot in the kitchen. They treated the issue professionally and the issue has been completely resolved. I really appreciated not having to pay a ridiculous call out charge and multiple visit charges. The price quoted was reasonable and it was inclusive of the treatment - no hidden charges! Would recommend to anyone without a doubt.

Reece came the same day I called and at the time agreed. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, calm and professional. He did a thorough search both inside and outside my home to find the entry point - nothing was too much trouble. For his follow-up visit he came on the agreed day and time. Brilliant service when I had squirrels in my loft, came out quickly and revisited at short notice twice when the squirrels were trapped as we were going away. Now we're squirrel free and at a reasonable and transparent price. I'd highly recommend them.

Fantastic professional service. Rats were getting into the wall cavities via a hole in the neighbours house. Surekill dealt with everything and spoke with the neighbour to get them on board with the issue, and got them to consult with their landlord to get the hole blocked up. They have pencilled in a follow up call to lay the poison and also check with the neighbour to ensure the landord will fill in the hole and prevent them coming back. Great service.
