He deserves 5 stars for service quality, though I have given him 4 stars overall because of his higher costs relative to the alternative quote we obtained. Daniel, provided a prompt and polite service, and nothing was too much trouble installing a full Ring doorbell and burglar alarm kit. There was a lot involved with this, but everything was achieved to a very high standard and explained to me in simple layman's terms. Highly recommend.
