I needed keys cut to the barrel (I did not have keys for it and wanted to keep the lock) after calling round a few places and was ready to give up when I thought I'd pop in here as I was passing, the guys there were fantastic! They asked me to leave the lock with them and called me less than 24hrs later letting me it was done! Amazing service at a very reasonable price! I'll definitely be using them again 👍🏻

JW Locks (now also Addiscombe Security) provide an excellent service at highly competitive rates. Efficient, friendly and highly knowledgeable.

I have had keys copied here, and have purchased a combination padlock, which the owner kindly set for me. The on-the-spot key cutting cost was quite reasonable, and the location, almost adjacent to the Addiscombe Tram Stop, is very convenient. Highly recommended! (2/24 Seems to have restricted operating hours at present per sign below.)

Absolutely fantastic service was able to re cut a broken key with no problems or issues staff very knowledgeable and friendly not expensive and sells very nice key rings and printed keys of favourite football team too 10/10

Great service from a family run local business. Reasonably priced for a same day service. Loved the flexibility of being able to pay over the telephone, ordered additional keys, no mess or fuss and took the fitter less than half an hour to install my new lock. Sorted!! ..and i still managed to make my pre booked hair appointment as it didn't take long. Recommended.
