Excellent service. James was kind enough to respond to my email on Boxing Day. As the issue was not as urgent as I initially feared (I got the door shut!), James came and fixed my dodgy lock a couple of days later. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, he explained the issue and the fix. Highly recommended.
Very helpful, speedy and professional. Came round at short notice to unlock our windows at a house we moved into, and saved us a fortune replacing them. Would definitely use again, highly recommended.
