James has done a number of pieces of work for me fitting and replacing locks. He has always done an excellent job. He is efficient, knowledgeable and superb at his job. I would not hesitate in recommending him now and on the future.

James recently completed the locks of our new house (June 2024). He was great to deal with both in terms communication, advice and quotes/pricing - James also offered to do a drive-by of the house we we're due to complete on to provide a more accurate quotation. On the day, James performed the job quickly and efficiently, and it came in under the original price quoted, which was already very competitive to begin with. 100% recommend James / My Locks.

Excellent service. James was kind enough to respond to my email on Boxing Day. As the issue was not as urgent as I initially feared (I got the door shut!), James came and fixed my dodgy lock a couple of days later. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, he explained the issue and the fix. Highly recommended.

I run a handyman business, and Guildford Lock & Safe are always, always, my first port of call. They've almost always got a perfect replacement for whatever random old defunct lock I bring in, and they're great at mending things when they can. Roger is incredibly patient, and generous with his time and advice. Also, from a homeowner perspective: I had two successive sets of front door keys cut by Timpsons (Roger, forgive me) and both sets failed within a few months. One of them snapped off in the lock. After that, I had my keys cut at Guildford Lock & Safe, and the difference in quality is tangible. The first set from them is still going strong, and cost less than Timpsons! We're very lucky to have a local business like this with such experienced and capable staff. Keep up the good work!

When he showed up, he was very professional and resolved the issue within minutes, which made the flat fee of £85+VAT seem a little steep. Overall I was happy with the experience.
