I had the greatest pleasure to have Lee, Tam and Lyn to help with the change of a broken lock. Changing lock for your home is a sensitive issue that requires trust and confidence, and they duly provided all of that. I felt I could trust their service from the get go as Lee clearly laid out all the options to restore my home's security but also with consideration for cost savings. Tam truly went above and beyond to help me out! Even though his store didn't have the rare key I needed, he took the initiative to contact other key cutting stores in the area on my behalf. When none of them had it in stock, he promptly arranged for an express order from his supplier to ensure I got the copy I needed. Thank you so much, Tam! You're amazing!

Fixed my Garmin Fitbit watch strap for £10. Very upfront with cost, time it would take etc. No complaints whatsoever. Open till 6 on weekdays, 5.30 on Saturday, closed Sun. RECOMMEND if you are in Canada Water/SE16 and need your: watch strap fixing or keys cut etc.

I was locked out of my flat. Called Itcc Locksmiths and they were with me in under 30 min, A gentleman named Meir came and opened my door and changed the lock in no time at all, very clean tidy and polite. Great Service. Defiantly recommend.

Great local lock-smiths. Couldn't access my house due to faulty lock. Oren arrived within 15 minutes, accessed the house within 1 minute. He then promptly diagnosed the issue, collected a new lock and fitted for me. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and care he took making sure it worked perfectly. Service was very fairly priced. Thank you Oren & Meir.

First class service with very reasonable prices. One of the few to actually answer the phone in an emergency. Turned up within ten minutes and was in my flat in a couple of minutes. I had stupidly locked myself out, but without fuss this guy got me in without any damage. Highly recommended.
