Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Great business. We needed locks changing on the front and back doors having moved house. I went in to the shop and got an appointment booked within 48 hours, the engineer was on time and did a great job, and the price was accurate from the rough estimate I got in the shop. Excellent service and very knowledable! I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it. Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. It was clear from the start that Shane knows what he's talking about and has years of experience. It's very hard to find tradesman that work to these standards so I'd have no hesitations in recommending him.

A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having. Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.

Panicked this morning when door lock failed and couldn’t get out of front door. Was surprised at the speed with which they sent Mihai. He was great! Having been locked out as a result of my door swelling in winter. I called this company and the guy showed up in minutes. He got me back in and he could have just taken the money and left but instead sorted out my door, ensured the door now worked smoothly and showed me what I needed to do in the future. I got locked out after the locking system broke while I was locking up. Given the damage to the locking system rather than me just losing my keys I was concerned it would be difficult to get back in, but thankfully they managed to get me back in and quickly replaced the locking system. Would definitely recommend.

Don’t often do reviews but so impressed with Stelios that I had to! He came to us out-of-hours following a break-in to board up a window. He responded to the message I sent and provided a quote immediately, left (to come to us) as soon as I’d given him the go-ahead and boarded up the window incredibly quickly and efficiently, doing an excellent job of it. His communication and professionalism were faultless (not to mention the fact that he is a really nice guy!), so much so that we then used him to refit the glass and a new handle, again which was done to an excellent standard in a very timely manner. The agent kept me informed as to his ETA which was great as he got diverted to an emergency. When he showed up, he was very professional and resolved the issue within minutes, which made the flat fee of £85+VAT seem a little steep. Overall I was happy with the experience.
