I lost my car keys on the beach and didn't have a spare. Phoned up, and very quickly FSL and I confirmed a date and a time that worked for me for them to come round. The man who came, Cameron, was so helpful as he answered any questions I had and the person who was on the other end of the phone call was so kind and reassuring!

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Within 20 minutes, Cameron came to our house and fixed the problem in seconds! Such a nice chap, easy to talk to, and so eager to help despite the odd time. He also made sure to take the extra steps needed to confirm that you definitely are the homeowner before starting the job. You could immediately notice that he was confident and skilled in his craft, made it look so easy. Competitively priced, and fast. I would strongly recommend Fidelis Locksmiths anytime, and will use them from now on.

Lost keys to a 36 year old BMW airhead motorcycle. Tony made a set of keys working from the ignition lock I sent him by hand. Brilliant! I lost my key and my alarm fob, my only set of both. Ozgood turned up on time cut the key straight away from just looking into the lock, took the (data tool system 3) alarm off which I am more than happy about, I asked him to do this as that alarm has been a pain ever since I had the bike. Nice friendly service he clearly loves bikes too which is good, much cheaper than the motorbike shops, all they wanted to do was change the lock set which was £350 just for parts and no labour. Also the only locksmith around who does motorbike locks I could find. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts. Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.
