We recently had Owen from Guildford Street Locksmiths come out to replace the front door lock at our home. We couldn't be be more pleased with his service. Owen was friendly, professional and efficient. He came back to me promptly with a clear breakdown of prices, which I really appreciated. Owen was quick and thorough, getting the job done. I called Owen when I had lost the car keys for my car and couldn’t get back in. He came out immediately and cut me 2 new keys so that I could go on with my day. Kind, considerate and polite service. Would definitely use Owen again if needed although hoping not!

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. No damage to existing locks and no need to change the deadlock system. Very impressed and grateful im house sitting for a mate so was up shit creek when I locked myself out.

Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! The chap was fast, friendly and customer centric and sorted my door within 10 mins so we could all go to bed and sleep easy! Thank you!

Banham were able to replace a new cylinder for my Banham lock which is over 35 years old. The service was friendly, efficient and most satisfactory and I am grateful to them. Nico and David in the Guildford Showroom were fantastic!

After recently moving house, I needed duplicate front door keys cut. I sought help from three key cutters, plus the key manufacturer - none were able to duplicate my key! They advised I change the entire door lock, which I was keen to avoid. Feeling defeated, I tried my luck one last time with Banham in Golders Green, and spoke to David. To my delight, David was able to cut my key! He did this quickly and provided great service. I couldn’t recommend David and Banham highly enough!
