Every time I go to Leonards I get the best customer service. The shop keepers are really masters of their art and are so so friendly. Once I needed same day tailoring and they recommended me a tailor, who is now my regular tailor. They also helped cut holes in my belt charge-free. They’re always willing to help. So happy to have them so close to my neighborhood

I brought a pair of male shoes for the sole heel part to be replaced as they were very worn off. The man told me that he would just fix them instead of putting a new heel, and at a price that wasn't as much as buying a new pair of shoes. 6 months later, and countless times after wearing the shoes fixed, the job he made really stands heavy walks. Well done!
