Family member locked out of flat....5* service from Malcolm and the team, not only did they reorganise/divert thier local mobile engineer from another job...he attended in less than 10 minutes and gained us entry. So many thanks to all on an excellent professional service all at a modest cost considering it all happened 1/2 hour before the shop closed!

One of my neighbours who has a disability locked herself out of her flat when the key snapped off in the lock. I attempted to extract the remaining half but it was impossible. I looked up Which's Trusted Traders recommended locksmiths and rang Keymakers. This was just after 5pm and the man who answered the phone explained that they close at 5, but given the circumstances he gave me the mobile number of one of their locksmiths who was out on a job. I asked roughly how much it might cost and it sounded very reasonable. Phoned the mobile number, he said he was on a call-out about 10 miles away but as soon as he'd finished he'd come over, said it would be about one hour (which was sooner than I'd expected). About 10 minutes later he rang me to say he had a colleague locksmith who was still working, and was on a call nearer us, who then rang me to confirm the address and was at our flats in half an hour or less. Very friendly and efficient guy, sorted the problem quickly without having to change the barrel. Next day when my neighbour was emailed the bill it was exactly as I'd been quoted. Based on this experience I can't praise Keymakers highly enough - all three people were honest, helpful, competent, friendly and charged a very reasonable rate. I've saved their number on my phone in case I ever need a locksmith. Recommended!

I had a problem with my door lock and there was only one place that I would trust to go to for help and assistance.That place was my local locksmiths in Winchmore Hill, Keymakers (London) My old lock needed replacing so I bought a new lock and had to have additional keys cut. I took my new door lock home but I had a bit of a problem fitting on my door so I called Keymakers (London), they sent out one of their locksmiths and to my delight the gentleman was at my door with 10 minutes and 5 minutes later I had my replacement door lock fitted on my door. I have been in Winchmore hill for the last 23 years have been using this company, I can't recommend them enough. I love going to their shop and there is nothing they don't stock, they know what they're talking about and they will serve with a smiling face and will help in any way they can. Thank you all at Keymakers (London) you are in a league of your own.

Booked a locksmith from RS Locksmiths to come out and change the locks following a house purchase. It wasn't a simple job but the locksmith, Morgan, worked hard to fix the issues as best he could. Very happy with the service provided and I would use RS again.

Excellent service - I took a lock there to get a replacement after some keys were stolen - he said it would be cheaper for him to re-key it, which he did there & then in a few minutes at half the cost of replacement. Blown away by these guys ! Front window to my house wouldn’t close at 4.15pm , no way we could leave it overnight !!!! Called and within 15 minutes a lovely young man came and managed to close it .
