Andy was amazing. Super fast and reliable. Incredibly transparent about the various pricing options, and well priced. Also just a lovely guy. Made getting my locks changed an actually pleasant experience. Couldn't reccomend more.

Called ADR on behalf of someone I was assisting, who had locked themselves out. Call was taken by Andy who was polite and efficient, assessed the situation, gave clear indications of costs involved and advised he could attend promptly. He arrived in the 30 minute window he had stated. Gained access quickly and proficiently and only charged his very reasonable call out fee. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, was extremely pleased that this local locksmith turned out to be as prompt, skilled and as professional as he was. An honest bloke that got the job done.
