We had our front door lock jam this afternoon and Scott came within 2-3hours. £120 to replace the lock in about 3 minutes and provide 5 keys which I thought was exceptional service. He was very friendly too.

Scott was very responsive on email and easy to communicate with. He changed two of my locks very quickly and at a good price. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency with our door lock and RS Lock and Safe came so quickly to fix the issue. He was so friendly and professional. Hopefully, we will not need to use a locksmith any time soon, but if we do, we will definitely be calling RS

I asked Scott to replace a single door cylinder, a rim cylinder, and a mortice lock. He provided me with a quote and arrived promptly at the agreed appointment time.
Not only did he carry out the work swiftly and with great attention to detail, but he was also a pleasure to have around and chat with!

I wholeheartedly recommend RS Lock and Safe and will not hesitate to call them again in the future if the need arises. Scott is courteous and hard-working – look no further for a locksmith.

I would, however, add one minor note, which in no way detracts from the overall positive experience: I suggest double-checking whether the quotes clearly state the inclusion or exclusion of VAT.

Came out on Easter weekend for an emergency call out due to our door not opening.
Rang us with updates on times of arrival, stuck in traffic etc.
A very friendly guy! Very happy to answer questions we had & great at the work his done.
