Seconding some of the other great feedback on here. I had a really tricky door which wasn't as secure as we needed for insurance purposes. The Worralls team came twice just to make absolutely sure their proposed solution would work, took everything apart to check it would fit properly, and were super thorough with their approach. Result was a solution that works well but also looks great, which was important for this particular job. Plus they were just nice people to have around and easy to deal with.

Sam and his team provide a real human customer service. Mine was a small job. Emails are dealt with promptly and a real person answers the phone!! Each person I spoke to was courteous and helpful. Job completed on time and delivery made exactly as promised. And reasonable prices. Could not ask for more.

These really are top guys. Had an issue with a lock and they came and sorted in under an hour and are always very honest and reasonably priced. I once mistakenly gave them the wrong key to cut. Despite making 10 copies they made another 10 copies of the correct keys and didn’t charge me for the mistake. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! We had to get a lock fitted and replaced and Mark was super helpful in explaining the costs, mechanics and also helping us check the door more generally. He really took the time to understand our pain points and was helpful in every way possible.
