After an attempted break-in which badly damaged my front door, I feel I was very fortunate to find ASL (by googling). They very quickly replaced the door with a much stronger one with all required locks, hinge bolts etc and at a price that the insurer’s loss adjusters found to be reasonable. They were very friendly and helpful, as I had absolutely no experience of dealing with a damaged front door. Really appreciated!

I had a break in two weeks ago. They broke the front door to get in. The frame and the door was badly damaged. I called ASL 24/7 Emergency Locksmith. They send someone to replace the front door. They arrived on time on a Saturday. The frame was badly damaged. They replaced the door and repaired the frame. Their price was nearly £1000 cheaper than another company. I am happy with the door. They gave me two extra keys for free as well. Thank you and I recommend this company.

Long story short…these guys are excellent. They’re professional and honest. With my issue they could easily have made up something that I would have believed and charged be £150; instead I was in and out for £10. Job done. Recommended!

I ordered a replacement key for my Volvo V70 as the existing one wasn't operating the locking system. The key came back and worked perfectly for some months. It then developed a fault that meant the ignition system wasn't recognising it and I contacted Car Key Solutions. Despite the problem being a different function of the key, and the key itself being a week or so out of warranty they took it back, fixed the fault and returned it almost by next post. Excellent customer service from skilled people who are a pleasure to do business with.

I was needing car key for my E39 as the old.one snapped and wanted to get home after work I found car key solution online and Spoken to Nathan who sorted and arranged for one of his mobile technician to come and attend my car on a Sunday when the guy arrived he was very friendly and social and very skilled in his work and even showed me a few features that I didn't know about my car and even explained that my head lights on my e39 are from a Left hand drive BMW He sorted the broken key out and repaired it and made a spair one and was able to get them both to work and even put BMW badges on the keys I highly recommend Car key solutions to anyone needing a genuine honest Key maker

My Volvo spare key problem sorted. No need to go Volvo dealer : book and appointment, log book , ID , leave a car for whole day . It wasn’t quick as took a more than an hour but I am satisfied with their service. Highly recommend.

Originally there was an issue / error on the company's side logging my van's model incorrectly. Following a wasted trip to the garage leading to a back and forth with the company, they nobly admitted to their faults and compensated me for my diesel at least. The part was ordered again and arrived next day. The garage did a superb job of installation, very clean and even fixed a smaller issue on the van free of charge. Company rectified the issue so no hard feelings but I can't sadly award the 5 star this time. The customer service agent dealing with the issue was very helpful and friendly overall. Probably a bit of a random moment that happens to all company's but good of them to make the effort to compensate me.
