After contacting a couple of locksmiths, David was the only one to ask the right follow up questions to diagnose the problem. Sandy came to fix the issue and at the same time saw that the door was closing too slowly and not clicking shut so he fixed that too. I really appreciated that as it was a big security risk. The door closing at the slower speed revealed another problem with the door. Sandy came back the next day and fixed it. Turns out the arm on the door closing mechanism had been installed upside down. He fixed it and didn’t charge me even though that had been installed by someone else. 10/10 service, would always use Holloway Locksmiths in future.

I locked myself out of the flat and called. Within 25 minutes the locksmith was out of my flat and helped me to get in. Quick response, he even called me back to say he would be here faster than previously estimated! I hope to never lock myself out again, but if I do, I would call these guys without hesitation!
