Recently took my ERA front-door lock in for a broken spring and also had a call-out to fix it back in place and check the front-door keyhole was not faulty. Thank you.

Ended up getting in touch with Callow after a more local locksmith let us down for a non urgent change of door locks. Appointment within a week, and when they were unexpectedly able to visit earlier in the day they rang to check if it would suit me better. Good old fashioned service from skilled professional people who don't just talk themselves up but are genuinely experts and know what they are doing. I've been there to the shop several times now and there are never any dramas. They're always on the ball and know what they're talking about. They also saved me money and explained that I didn't need a new mortise lock as the issue was with the key , not the lock.I also needed an extra fob recently and they programmed a new one in a matter of seconds and it worked perfectly. It's very rare nowadays to find a company that's consistently reliable and professional but Callow locksmiths really are exactly that. Prices are reasonable too. Long may they continue.

Can't thank the key engineer enough. Very polite, turned up on time. Vtech Civic (a very old one). Saved my hassles by creating a new key fob and key. Made a new key in extremely reasonable time. Very mobile and came to the house. Good value for money. Thank you for your service. Definitely recommend to use them rather than chasing completely the wrong technicians to save 20 or 30 pounds

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. Fixed my Garmin Fitbit watch strap for £10. Very upfront with cost, time it would take etc. No complaints whatsoever. Open till 6 on weekdays, 5.30 on Saturday, closed Sun. RECOMMEND if you are in Canada Water/SE16 and need your: watch strap fixing or keys cut etc.
