I’ve had the most caring and compassionate service from King’s Road Vets, especially from Laura, Pippy’s Vet. After a long period of illness where there was nothing else could be done for Pippy, we agreed that I would take Pip home after a painkilling injection. Pip passed away in my arms early the next morning at 06.50. 💔

Have used kings road for many years for my 3 dachshunds and couldn’t recommend them enough, my dog had to have 2 serious surgeries in the space of 5 months and they made me feel so at ease by reassuring me every step of the way and keeping me updated. The surgeries went amazingly and no problems with the aftercare. All staff including receptionists are always polite and kind when I visit xx

Staff are lovely, patient & supportive, clean examination rooms, only negatives are that its difficult getting an appointment that isnt atleast a 2 week wait for, also no car park so only street parking which does get busy as other businesses surround Vets

I really can't praise Wright's Vets enough. They were caring and compassionate throughout Hilda's life and gave us so much more time with her than we ever could have wished for. When the time came to say goodbye Sharon and the team were amazing and so considerate. The little touches once Hilda passed really showed how much they cared for her too. Thank you to all the team at Wright's Vets but our biggest thank you to Sharon for all you did. By far the best experience we've ever had with a vets

I can't give this veterinary surgery a good enough review. They took us on as an emergency, dealt with us and our boy with patience and kindness. He needed a check up again as sadly he declined and they again gave us the time we needed with no pressure and guided us through our choices. A gentle, kind and thoughtful practice. Thank you Wright's Vets, especially Alan.

Took my dog Milo in today for a teeth removal procedure and I could not be happy with the reassurance throughout the day and the care they took for my dog. I called up a couple times to check in on him and every time they were very patient and gave me the reassurance that I needed. When i came to collect my dog they talked my through everything that they did and brought out my dog in care. I could not recommend this dog practice enough!!! Thank you again to all of the amazing staff at Wrights Vets - you are amazing! 🥰

My dog goes regularly for her anal glands to be expressed. The last time, the nurse found something hard which shouldn't be there and from there we discovered she has an anal gland tumour. She is right now at a specialist clinic in Boldon being operated on. They are fantastic but I wanted to commend Beth, the nurse who found the tumour. The specialist surgeon doing the operation told me the tumour is very small and whoever found it was doing a thorough job. So thank you, Beth, without you we would never have known.

Took my kittens to Simply Cats for a 6-month review. It was their 1st visit to Simply Cats as I have transferred from another vets practice. I was really impressed about the lovely feedback I had from the vet Lucy who rang and chatted with me for around 20mins or so.. she answered my questions and showed genuine interest in the health and well-being of both my kittens. I would definately recommend Simply Cats!

Wish I had found this vets 10 year ago!! I’ve had more help and knowledge in one vet trip here than I have ever had from my previous vet at another company. You can tell the ladies that work here are on top of their game and continue to research and train to keep it that way. They also have a huge love for cats all being multiple cat owners, which makes me feel so confident with my cat in their care. I would recommend to anyone!

My female cat went in yesterday to be spay. My girlfriend dropped her off and was very anxious, the staff went above and beyond to reassure and comfort my girlfriend. We were informed as soon as the operation had completed to put our minds at rest, my cat is doing great today and is recovering well. I would recommend simply cats to anyone who needs a caring vet who genuinely cares about you and your cat. Thankyou ❤️

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review of any Vet that I’ve visited before, but everyone at SimplyCats has gone above and beyond what I expected while looking after my cat Izzy - I just wanted to say thank you for making her as comfortable as possible in the last few months of her life, particularly when we had to bring her in for the final time. I would never go anywhere else with my other cats, big thanks in particular to Lucie who took great care of Izzy - and to Caroline and Deb who helped sort everything else out when I was feeling particularly upset and made things as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend SimplyCats to anyone looking for a new Vet, it’s very obvious that they genuinely care

First time taking my cat Peanuts to the vets yesterday, and I couldn't have chosen a better vet clinic than SimplyCats. What a wonderful environment this vet clinic has, and from the moment you step inside you are felt welcome. Caroline the head receptionist explained pricing and options available, and was very friendly putting me at ease straight away. Then there was Rachel the veterinary nurse, who explained the procedure for Peanuts and what would be happening. Rachel also explained pricing and other options which I could have done. As this was Peanuts first time I agreed to some other tests to be done, as I wanted to make sure he was in full health. When I returned later in the day to collect Peanuts after his treatment, Debbie the receptionist on duty at that time informed me of the total cost which I thought was very reasonable. I also met Gayle the practice manager at that time. On going into collect Peanuts Rachel was waiting for me, and she explained everything had gone well with the surgery, and that Carys the veterinary surgeon would be in soon to explain the results. Carys explained everything including blood results, and that Peanuts was very nervous which I totally understood. One thing that stands out about SimplyCats is that every member of staff have a love of cats, and treat their clients as one of their family.

Rating: 4.8 (238) Price Level:

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Have been to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery on 2 occasions with my cockapoodle puppy Lulu. The first time i went i saw Adam for her second vaccination & check up. Adam was very caring, patient, and professional, at his job. The 2 time i went i saw a lady vet who gave Lulu another check up & microchipped her. The check up was very thorough & they only charged for the microchip. And the staff here are very friendly, helpful, & professional, at their job. Would recommend you use this vet if it's in your area. 💯%

Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

Excellent, caring service with a very sensitive approach toward budget. Our beloved, and uninsured, cat Albert had persistent, mysterious health issues throughout the last few months of 2018. Sheldon provided incredibly thorough care, whilst always being mindful to do diagnostic examinations in stages to be respectful of our budget - never doing unnecessary examinations until all other options had been eliminated. Albert received top notch medical care the whole way and is now in full health again. Many thanks to the team at Village Vet Highgate for constantly going above and beyond to deliver the best care. My original review in early 2018: Had to take our cat Albert in for a haircut and some dental work. The vets were lovely and did a fantastic job - he's a new man since having 3 rotten teeth removed, a much happier chap. The whole process was handled fantastically at Village Vet Highgate, with us being kept constantly updated by phone on Albert's progress. He's had a few complimentary check-ups since the procedure to ensure all is healing well, and because he had dental work he now receives complimentary 6 month dental checks for the rest of his life. Great experience all round. Thanks!

Really like this vets; very caring and professional staff - you don’t feel they are only in it for the money, which cannot be said for all veterinary surgeries at the moment unfortunately. Not especially cheap but good care and straight, honest communication about options and costs. And animal welfare clearly comes first.

I have 3 Cavapoo"s, the boys are fine, go for vacs, both been neutered all good. I also have Daisy, or 'little Daisy' as she is now known as! This is because she still looks like a puppy, and that's due to her list of conditions. She was born blind with a swelling on her brain. She has bladder issues, growth problems, curvature of the spine and is only 2.7kgs at 20 mnths old. Lots of tests and investigations later she is a regular visitor. Richard is wonderful with her. She's so cute, hopefully will be taking her for a while yet, thank-you all x
