I came in with family and got the stir fry chicken donor and chips. It was stale the chicken sauce was so bad it wasn’t even edible. I have had it before and it was very (see photo on right) but when I most recently went down it was so bad that even my kids refused to touch it (see photo on the left) I tried messaging Shimlas Halifax on instagram so many times but they don’t accept you invite, probably because they’re scared to reply to customers!! Shocking food and service!! Edit. The management replied and offered me the whole meal again on the house. I went today and the food was really nice, fresh and delicious. Service was great overall. Will definitely be going again.
Very clean place. And very friendly service by Bustaan. I ordered seekh kebab (chicken and lamb), meat samosa, and lamb karahi with roti. Everything was really really tasty, with good quality meat used. The samosa in particular were superb. Good place to come to. Good value for money too.
