I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Full marks and definately one for my future tradesman list.

Malcolm conducted the annual Water Tank Service as well as fixing the plug in the ensuite bathroom. He was prompt to arrive at the prearranged time and conducted the necessary work in a timely and professional manner. He left the respective areas as found. Thank you Malcoln for another excellent job.

Malcolm has undertaken work for us since we have been living in Dorchester over the last six years. I would not use anyone else. He is extremely reliable and all his work is carried out with the utmost precision and care for detail. He only accepts the highest standards and you always feel very comfortable when he is around your home. I have no hesitation in recommending him most highly.

We had Home Heroes recommended to us and they certainly did not disappoint. Matt, Mark and Owen moved our boiler from its original cupboard to a much more suitable location dismantling an old shower and partition wall in the process and fitted all new radiators. Everything was explained clearly from start to finish and the pricing was very reasonable. They were all very professional and tidied up at the end of each day's work. A pleasure to have working in our home they get 5* from us. Looking forward to them coming back to do the bathrooms next. 😊

Billing is so easy and reasonably priced, quick to do. I was emailed a receipt for payment, which I thoroughly appreciated. Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. All work done swiftly, cleanly and very efficiently. I will call on him again should the need arise. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

Highly recommend, excellent worker and utterly reliable. Carried out a full bathroom and separate toilet installation, including a new floors and carpentry work by a colleague. The bathroom was designed (free service) and supplied by City Plumbing in Dorchester.

Exceptional work! Came to measure up and we discussed our vision for the bathroom and downstairs toilet. They suggested options and gave their experience of different issues and solutions. Jordan and Roy were super friendly when they came to do the work. They were very clean and professional and we were impressed with their eye for detail. One small part came that didn't match the gold trim and they were not happy with fitting it as it wouldn't match so went off and sought a part that would work better with the whole room. We were recommended them by my mother in law who was extremely impressed with their high quality work on her two bathrooms. Highly recommend them for any work you need doing.
