MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess. Even when my boiler pipes froze when we had the freezing snowy weather Simons responsive mobile communication was excellent and didn't leave me in the cold. Best plumbers I've come across!

As a tradesman myself I know how helpful it is to call, someone pick up, arrange a time and date within a few days, do the job as requested and answer any questions in a professional and most importantly timely manner. I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. Was hassle free and he didn’t even eat all the biscuits I left out for him. I haven’t had my bill yet but I’m sure it will be reasonable and I will pay it promptly. Thanks to the whole team.

I had been let down by another plumber, and Dan was brilliant at fitting me in at short notice. He’s done a fantastic job, is very straightforward, tidy and efficient. I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. He’s a really friendly guy and explained what he was doing as he did it so we knew what was happening. Very grateful to him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him again!!

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Huw recently serviced our boiler. His knowledge is first class, very thorough and explains everything without all the usual jargon. He will now become our go to for all our gas/plumbing needs - couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. Great service - Friendly and professional staff who detected issues and fixed faults effectively fast.. No rip off fees for parts or labour. Above and beyond communication at all stages from initial call to repair and invoicing. Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

We needed a new boiler as our broke down just as the cold weather arrived. Gary came out and identified the problem. He ordered the new boiler and it was installed within the week. As we were without heating they also loaned us some convector heaters. Rob installed the new boiler and was efficient , tidy, punctual and explained how the new boiler worked. Gary phoned the next day to check we were happy and warm with the new boiler. Would definitely recommend the company.
