I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. Highly recommend him, and will be contacting him again in the future for any more plumbing work I have.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Worked efficiently, attention to detail, left clean and tidy. Work was at the highest standards. Will keep him in our books and we would warmly recommend him to others.

Huw recently serviced our boiler. His knowledge is first class, very thorough and explains everything without all the usual jargon. He will now become our go to for all our gas/plumbing needs - couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. It’s such a shame that he has moved out of area because I would love to have been a regular customer! He was really kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! Top guy!

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Excellent service from MJS plumbing & heating. I had an issue with my LPG boiler. I emailed out of hours, received an appointment time within 2 days. The engineer was on time, polite and friendly. He explained the issue and what he was doing, and got my boiler up and running in minutes! Highly recommended!!

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! I could not recommend CHG highly enough on our recent Air Source Heat Pump Installation. From the very first initial contact and survey by Michael right through to the planning and installation by Stuart and the overall supervision and commissioning by Harry, the company were Professional, Smart and a total pleasure to deal with. They took care to ensure everything was planned as required for the property as well as dealing with all the administration details around the BUS Scheme available for ASHP to the room by room heat outputs and Radiator sizing. Matt arrived exactly on time and was very happy and friendly. He serviced my boiler, topped up on the water to improve pressure and checked the Fernox concentration . Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise.
