We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. He’s always on time , leave the house tidy, friendly with the whole family and his work is 101% every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to keep using him in the future and recommending to friends and family

I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Had water leaking through the ceiling. Phoned Todd early on a Saturday Morning and he was with us within minutes. The leek was found to be coming from within a wall and in an awkward position. Although he was limited for time he still ensured that all the necessary work was completed. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Hayden Bolton went beyond the call of duty in installing a water softener and Quooker boiling water tap, it turned into a tricky job with existing appliances, he worked a full day until 8.00 and returned on Saturday to install the Quooker, which again ended up being very complicated with existing appliances, another long day for poor Hayden!....he is very knowledgeable, tidy, experienced with an extremely good work ethic. Well done Hayden and Radka.

I had a bit of an emergency, a leaky toilet, just as I was going to go away. I rang them and spoke to a very pleasant lady in the office who gave me an appointment for the next day. Ben duly arrived, a very cheerful plumber, who replaced faulty parts and made the pipe work better than new. All fixed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needed a plumber.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. This has been My first experience with Westmancoat company. Having recently moved to East Devon this local company Westmancoat were recommended to me, they completed a bathroom renovation for me, they installed a full length shower cubicle in place of my bath including a shower, seat and grab rail (I have MS) also a new toilet, basin, taps and vanity unit, they also fitted a new sink and tap in my kitchen. Their work is top quality, their fitters are polite friendly and leave everything spotless, I recommend this company and would happily use their services again.

Carl & his team at Westmancoat have been splendid in helping us replace a very old boiler, central heating & hot water system with a new, more efficient system & dealing with all the problems, foreseen and unforeseen which a rose along the way. Heating engineers Harrison & Max were excellent throughout what was a large and complex job. I'm delighted to say that the job is complete, the house is toasty warm and we now have lots of piping hot water literally 'on tap' - good effort Carl & team & many thanks for a job well done.
