Lovely phone consultation with Tom. Very clear he has integrity and honesty in what he does. He told me he thought the issue I had was birds rather than mice and suggested I spent time looking from the outside of the house in the area suspected to see if any sparrows or starlings were coming out of it before paying for a call out assessment from him. It was only after I asked about if it was a mouse that he explained his thorough, humane process and decent prices. I also recommend him if you are a nature / animal lover and want to eradicate the issue with minimal environmental impact.
