Gave SLB a call about a current rat infestation I had, The person on the phone was really friendly and helpful. The technician that turned up was extremely professional, kind and considerate. He made me feel more at ease about the problem and assured me he would help get rid of the infestation. Within a few visits the infestation had been cleared up and I was able to stop being so stressed about the rats being there.
