Fantastic service by mark, despite the repair only being simple in his terms he was extremely professional and even explained what exactly had caused the issue which was really good! Brilliant all round service and would definitely recommend for anyone needing any work! Was extremely friendly! 10/10 best service!

Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. I also purloined him into dealing with a couple of other minor lock related problems which he was more than happy to do. A great service and I thoroughly recommend him, especially as he charged a very reasonable rate for the work. From Paul C.

Fantastic service, highly recommend. I called at 9am after my door handle mechanism broke locking me out of the house. Mark was here half an hour later and by 10am, I was back in and the broken mechanism was replaced. Excellent service.
