2 part review, one for the DIY element and one for the Locksmith DIY - Burhani hardware and all the staff in the shop are very welcoming. As a average DIY person I only have limited knowledge on what I need to do, countless time I’ve gone into the shop with an idea of what I want to buy for my project only to be given advise like “if you do it this way, you’ll only have to buy X,Y and Z” or “this is the tool you’ll need, don’t buy this one” I really appreciate the knowledge they pass on. I always feel comfortable knowing that I’ve always got the best price for whatever I buy and importantly I get a strong sense of helping a small family business rather than a big multimillion pound company lining the pockets of shareholders Locksmiths - My mother has a 2y old new build house, I was surprised that the door stopped locking. I rung the shop and somebody came within 30m and diagnosed the issue. The issue was a broke gearbox. I was really greatful that we were provided an overnight lock to keep the front door safe. This was Thursday afternoon, we were advised that given we’ve missed the deadline for a new gearbox for next day delivery we’d be able to get it fixed Monday to which we were really happy. It transpires that a new lock had to be ordered from Germany on Saturday and he paid extra to have it for Monday morning. To sum up my experience over the years - a really friendly, trustworthy business who are at the heart of the community and will go out of their way to help anybody. Thank you. Please don’t ever leave where you are 👍🏽

Excellent service. Very easy to deal with and turned up when stated. Needed the job doing asap and was done to a high specification. Very reasonable on the price also. Thank you and would defo use this service again and recommend 👍

What fabulous service. Cannot give high enough praise, Mr Burhani removed an integrated fridge door that had beaten me, which meant I could recycle and reuse the solid wood fridge door. This shop has everything you could possibly need, along with friendly and attentive service. 5*
