I had an antique locket engraved for a gift and am thrilled with the results. Billy who works at the shop, was so easy to talk to and provided me lots of information about the types of engraving he provides, he offered advice about what would be best for the metal and the size of font required. I found it easy to discuss what I wanted, he understood how to translate that to metal and the turnaround was super fast. I'm really impressed all round and would recommend this engravers.

I wore my brand new Stuart Weitzman stiletto ankle boots once. On my way home my heel got stuck in a drain and I had to remove the boot from my foot to get it out. It was wedged in. The leather was shredded and the lift was still in the grate. I was gutted.
I brought them to Comfoot and keys with very little expectation. One week later, £15 lighter and they are perfect. You cannot tell which boot was damaged.

Took my wife’s Louboutin shoes here to have the heel repaired and the service and quality of repair was outstanding.
A really good price, clear explanation of what they would do to repair it and a quick turn around.
With the shoes not being cheap the confidence they gave me that they could repair them via a detailed explanation of the work they’d do was vital to me being happy to leave the shoes with them.

My Panama Jack boots developed a hole in the sole after three winters of use, and my feet were getting wet.

I asked around four other cobblers, not all local. One of them sucked his teeth and quoted me £90 for the repair and was adamant that I'd be better off just buying a new pair of boots. The other three said categorically that it was impossible to repair my boots as the sole was one unit, and it would be impossible to remove the sole without destroying the leather and causing society to collapse before creating a singularity and obliterating the universe as we know it. Yes, I'm exaggerating for effect, but the point is no cobbler wanted to fix my boots.

I popped in Comfoot and Keys as a last effort and oh how I wish I had gone there in the first place. The gentleman behind the counter immediately told me that he could certainly fix my boots for a mere £42. He explained he could shave the sole back to where it was good and then replace what he'd removed, at least that's how I understood it. When I went back to collect the boots, he appeared to have replaced the entire sole with a new midsole and outsole, as well as putting some colour back on the leather.

Therefore, I give Comfoot and Keys my unreserved recommendation.
