Mike from East End Locks came to me at an extremely vulnerable time - I had just been discharged from a 5 day hospital stay and I could not get into my flat. After calling he came within 15 minutes, he was also very transparent with the price (which was excellent) and provided me with an insight into what he felt had happened to stop the door from opening, which made perfect sense but I would never have figured that out.
He kept me informed the entire time with the process, he was exceptionally determined to open my door and allow me access to my flat.

Called Mike out for UPVC front door that would not open. He was transparent about all costs when I called to enquire. Price was very reasonable for what I considered an emergency call out. He arrived quickly and sorted the problem, ensuring that he had done a thorough job. Mike even went as far as sorting my side entrance door as well for me as a gesture of kindness, this was very much appreciated. I had an emergency locksmith problem today which concerned my not being able to get out of shared main door and my neighbour unable to get in.
