Un-beatable service, as a small business owner I really notice the little things that make great customer service. Luke called my missed call straight back, booked in a same day visit, arrived exactly when he said he would, called me on the way, charge me what he said he would, done the job exactly as required, Slick and smooth operation. Richard and Luke go above and beyond in my time of need! With a raft of holiday rentals that we look after they are my first call to deal with rusted locks (sea air!), sand filled traps, snapped locks, locked out etc... always responsive (which i truly appreciate - even when they aren't about - at least you know) but they are my knight on horseback!
