Very good service. I chose Michael based on his positive manner and energy on the phone. He just sounded like somebody I would feel comfortable inviting into my home. My instincts proved to be right! He came and repaired the lock and mechanism on my back door. He was very thorough and did a great job. Fully recommend!👍👌

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I called Micheal at 5.30pm when he had just got home after a long day. However, he still came out to me immediately to fix my broken lock, swiftly and without fuss and was happy to trust me to pay later, after sending an invoice by email. It was not the first time that I met Mike. He was also used by my previous landlord in the past, hence I didn't hesitate to ring Mike when I had to change our door lock. Exceptional service!! I was very pleased with the responsiveness and expertise shown by Mike. I urgently needed some locks changed for my new home and Mike was able to sort the locks for me and have them changed very quickly with short notice. Very professional and reliable.
