A great family run small business. Good, honest, reliable service. Prices are on point and not over inflated, unlike the major stores you visit to get keys cut. I have had keys cut by them for years and have never had a problem with any of them, they always work first time. Highly recommended.

Brilliant company to engage with as a customer. Our letterbox and door handle furniture had weathered badly during the last ten years. The composite door and door furniture was provided by another company from new. I contacted Safe and Secure by phone to seek replacement parts. The locksmith attended that afternoon and took measurements. I received a phone call the next day to inform us the order for the parts would take two days to arrive. It was mutually agree the fitting would take place a day later than offered by the locksmith. The locksmith arrived a little late due to traffic congestion, but we were informed by the shop of the delay, and installed the fittings within 20 minutes. He gave us a brief rundown on operating the lock. This was necessary as the manufacturer, Yale, no longer manufacture the security feature previously installed. We are very happy with the whole process.
