Barry showed up within one hour, and sorted our issue in no time. He even put away the rubbish in his bag, small detail that I find thoughtful. Would highly recommend him, he unlocked the door with the broken latch without damaging the door at all, he clearly knows what he is doing!

After my Mum had a fall , I couldn’t get into her house. It was a Saturday and he was out with his daughter, but came quickly and got me in. The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm.
