My daughter losing her keys and getting locked out of her car is the worst, but Matt came to the rescue and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. From the first phone call, he was friendly, professional, and upfront about pricing. Matt arrived within the timeframe promised and was an absolute star! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to unlock my daughters car quickly and without any damage, he provided 2 new reprogrammed remote keys that worked perfectly and were a better quality then the original. Fantastic service from start to finish. My remote key completely stopped working and was dreading the thought of going to the main dealer, but after a little search I found MSC. I called to explain the situation and arranged come out the next day. If you need a auto locksmith Mat is your guy. I rang him at 9 am (on a Saturday I might add) he was with me in an hour kept me updated with his eta. He was polite, down to earth and gained me entry to my car very quickly. He also advised me of my options and kept cost at a minimum. Five+++++
