Scott is an absolute star. Went the extra mile to get my daughter into her apartment with a tricky lock.. Calm, responsive and professional . He put her and ourselves at ease. We highly recommend him.

My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. He attended within a couple of hours and replaced the hinges. He also went around and checked the rest of the windows and oiled up the hinges. Excellent service. Thank you Scott.

I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance.
