My daughter losing her keys and getting locked out of her car is the worst, but Matt came to the rescue and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. From the first phone call, he was friendly, professional, and upfront about pricing. Matt arrived within the timeframe promised and was an absolute star! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and able to unlock my daughters car quickly and without any damage, he provided 2 new reprogrammed remote keys that worked perfectly and were a better quality then the original. Fantastic service from start to finish. My remote key completely stopped working and was dreading the thought of going to the main dealer, but after a little search I found MSC. I called to explain the situation and arranged come out the next day. The whole key replacement/programming was a breeze and I could not be happier with the whole experience, and no doubt saved me money too. Would highly recommend MSC.

John is incredible! Not only is he such a fantastic, warm, kind, and interesting person, but he's also brilliant at his job. Nothing was a problem! He managed to put an additional lock on our very old and slightly wonky door (charming Victorian but tricky to align). As we had just moved into the property, he also managed to align some other doors and door handles and helped with window locks (some were locked without keys, others were misaligned). John has completely sorted us out, and now we can use all the doors and windows in our new home. Thank you, John, we really appreciate you and your work!

My rental house estate agent sent John to fix back door key misalignment after the door had been shaved down due to wood expansion. He also fixed a sticky door handle in the lounge for me whilst he was there. The team has helped us out of a horrible situation caused by bad delivery of a household appliance which resulted in the door locking mechanism getting completely ruined and the hing bent. Door could not even be close. Brian came out at 8.30pm, tried every other way, sourced different parts from other colleagues nearby to finally fix the door at 10.30pm.
