10/10! What a fab man! Came to our rescue at 9pm at night. Kept us up to date with an ETA at all times and explained best and worst case scenarios and why the best case had not worked. Thank you for being our hero!

Highly recommended – I cannot stress this enough. Eugene came over, spent 10 minutes assessing the broken lock mechanism, found a replacement, asked if I was happy with the price, then ordered it and fitted it the next day in another 10 minutes. First-class job! No wonder why all 5 stars reviews :)

In an attempt to keep one of the cats I was cat sitting inside as I was leaving, I accidentally shut myself out with my keys still in the lock from the inside. I called HomeSafe-Locksmith. They came out in 5 minutes and managed to get it sorted quite quickly without having to bring out the big tools. Lock (and cats) were all still intact and well. Good price, too - cheaper than most locksmiths, definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍
