Andy is brilliant. Quick to reply to messages and arrange to come over. Keeps you posted re arrival time. Does an excellent job and, if a repair isn't the solution, he let's you know. Called Andy to change a door lock at an elderly aunt's. He did this as well as a couple of other issues that he picked up whilst on site. A professional service at a reasonable price, would not hesitate to recommend.
