A Lifesaver! I was in a complete state of panic when I realized one of my twins had locked herself in the car with the keys inside. As luck would have it, someone from Collins & Sons showed up at the nursery, likely to pick up their own children. They immediately came to my aid and quickly and efficiently unlocked the car door. Their calm demeanor and expertise put my mind at ease. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend their services!

Was about to go to one of these corporates. Then Changed my mind to support local shops and tried Collins &sons Tbh these people are best at what they do. Great customer service. Great pricing. Did 2 copies of front and back door keys. Total of 4 copies. Charged me 8 pounds. Which i think is good bargain. Will visit again for my car keys ❤️

Got a key cut that was not bog standard. Had been quoted £35 elsewhere and these guys only charged me £15. Also paid just £2 for a standard key. These lads are great. No waiting, brilliant price and very polite service. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great service. Had issue with bifold door that broke while locked. Had one person out initially who couldn’t figure it out, but Collins and son got it open on first visit and fixed it sooner after and even improved the smoothness of the opening and closing. Fast reliable service! Would use again.

Contacted this company regarding an old Ferco lock that had failed on my front door, Not only did they have one in stock they even cut the new one to size and modified it so it would be a straight swap, Fantastic customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone having any issues with locks, Well done Collins & Sons!
